We recently welcomed three new team members, Aidan, Giuliana and Morgan to our investment and origination team.
Aidan Connelly joins us as Investment Manager from Capitalworks Investment Partners where he spent six years focussed on the business services sector. He worked on a number of notable deals including the MBO of IQ business.
Strengthening our origination team are new Associates Giuliana Cian and Morgan Johnson. Prior to their new roles, Cian was at Third Bridge where she worked with mid-market private equity investors and Johnson was at Dartmouth Partners.

Growing the team builds on our momentum of three new platform investments over the past year, most recently supporting the primary buyout of software provider Juniper Education. Juniper was our 22nd transaction in 12 months, representing in aggregate over £150m of enterprise value.
