The Marketing Practice is a global provider of account-based marketing services to large, blue chip, enterprise technology clients from offices in the UK, USA, Germany and Australia. The business has a history of long-standing relationships with customers that span multiple campaigns, geographies and service lines at any one time.
The Marketing Practice operates in a fragmented global market and is positioned in a fast-growing segment of technology focused B2B marketing services, sized at £2.5bn and growing at 15% per annum. Horizon Capital have worked closely with the team to build upon a strategy of both organic and inorganic growth, supporting the identification and origination of M&A opportunities, execution support and capital for consolidation.
The Journey so far
Since completion Horizon Capital appointed Trevor Rolls as Chairman, supported the business in updating its financial systems, and are working with the team to further invest and build out the infrastructure and capabilities of the Group.
