Juniper Education has today announced the acquisition of PrimarySite, which provides nearly 5,000 primary schools, academies, and trusts with subscription based educational websites and comprehensive parent communication solutions.

Combining PrimarySite’s communication tools with Juniper’s pupil assessment software, curriculum planning framework, innovative MIS and digital award badges will offer schools a comprehensive suite of software to deliver more effective education.

“Over the last year, schools have had to rethink the ways they keep parents and pupils engaged and supported. It’s been recognised for some time that closing the gap between school and home is fundamental to securing the best outcomes for children. Joining forces with PrimarySite gives us an unrivalled opportunity to build on this need and provide schools and trusts with a complete solution for the way they communicate with parents.”

“I’m very proud of what we have achieved over the last two decades, but we knew it was time to find a partner who could continue with PrimarySite’s growth journey. It was important to us to find an organisation with similar values and an exciting strategic vision. We wanted a company with a strong education focus, a culture of integrity and a vision to continually develop our tools for schools and trusts. We have found this in Juniper Education.”

Geoff MillingtonFounder, PrimarySite
