Our Journey
We are a new, specialist investor with the benefit of our partners having worked together previously for almost a decade. In January 2018, we identified a significant market opportunity to invest in technology and services businesses up to £100m in Enterprise Value and launched the Horizon Capital partnership.
Our investment approach is based on a simple, repeatable value creation model with transformation at its core. Our proven track record investing in technology and services business is unparalleled, with over 125 add on acquisitions completed since 2018.

We also work with our management teams to accelerate organic growth. We help develop a structured and agile approach to demand generation, selling and customer engagement.
We invest in mission-critical systems, infrastructure and processes. Most importantly, we focus on the people – we help recruit and retain management talent and other expertise from our extensive network.
