Horizon Capital have worked closely with the team to build upon a strategy of both organic and inorganic growth, supporting identification of M&A opportunities, execution support and capital for consolidation
The Journey so far
Since Horizon Capital’s investment in March 2021, the business has appointed Trevor Rolls as Chairman of the Board, supported the business in updating its financial and operating systems, opened new offices and completed five add-on acquisitions. tmp is a high growth business, having enjoyed more than 200% growth in 2025.

Horizon Capital had been mapping the B2B marketing services market for several years prior to investment, therefore able to leverage this sector knowledge to build a strong pipeline of acquisition targets. tmp has successfully expanded its capability offering and geographical reach through five completed acquisitions since Horizon’s investment
