Background
BP3 is a European and North American provider of intelligent automation services and solutions. The business serves large enterprise customers delivering multi-year automation programmes with particular strength in the financial services and healthcare verticals.
BP3 operates in a fragmented market and is positioned in the £20bn automation services market which has historically grown at 25%+. Horizon Capital and the BP3 team have built a strategy to create a leading global automation services group delivering strong organic growth and executing on multiple add on acquisitions.
Buy and Build
Horizon Capital had been mapping the Intelligent Automation market for a number of years and has a strong pipeline of accretive acquisition targets in Europe and North America.
The Journey
Since completion Horizon Capital appointed Michael Boustridge as Chairman and are working with the team to further invest and build out the infrastructure and capabilities of the Group.
