Background
Boston Multi Family Office (“Boston MFO”) provides trust, corporate, and fiduciary services to corporates and family offices.
The business is headquartered in the Isle of Man, with an office in Malta. It has a diversified and sticky client base of over 400 clients, some of which have been with the business (or constituent acquisitions) for up to 20 years.
Boston MFO operates in a highly fragmented global market, with ca. 1000 businesses identified across key jurisdictions and it has a strong track record of growing through complementary acquisitions.
The Journey so far
Boston MFO has secured significant investment from Horizon Capital to continue its organic and acquisition growth strategy. The transaction completed in 2023 and Horizon has already supported multiple of the planned acquisitions as the business expands its jurisdictional footprint and service offering.
