Background
Alchemist is a UK based learning and development business focused on delivering bespoke learning experiences at scale to a blue-chip corporate and public sector client base. Specialising in Leadership Enablement and Sales Enablement, Alchemist programmes are highly interactive, experiential and immersive and can be delivered virtually or face to face. Experiences are supported by Alchemist’s bespoke learning technology including the ground-breaking Learning Journey Platform.
Horizon Capital have worked closely with the team to build upon a strategy of both organic and inorganic growth, supporting the identification and origination of M&A opportunities, execution support and capital for consolidation.
The Journey
Since completion Horizon Capital appointed Richard Pryor-Jones as Chairman, complementing CEO Stuart Packham and CFO Katherine Grover, and are working with the team to further invest and build out the infrastructure and capabilities of the Group.
Buy and Build
Horizon Capital have been mapping the corporate training market and therefore have been able to leverage this sector knowledge to benefit Alchemist to build a strong pipeline of accretive acquisition targets.
