The acquisition of TELG brings its three brands – PCA, PCA Law, and Youd Andrews – into the Group alongside Alchemist and Rain Group to form a global leader in behaviour-based leadership and sales development.

PCA Law was founded in 2013 by Joe Fredericks and Charlie Swan. In 2022, they established TELG with a mission to transform businesses, careers, and lives by democratising world-class experiential learning. That same year, PCA Law, as part of TELG, acquired Youd Andrews bolstering the Group’s capabilities in C-suite and enterprise-level selling.

This transaction marks a major step in Alchemist Group’s global expansion strategy and further strengthens its capabilities in behaviour-based, experiential leadership and sales development.

TELG is widely recognised for its innovative approach to experiential learning, and for delivering high-impact, practice-based development to some of the world’s most respected organisations. This move expands our ability to deliver premium experiential learning solutions through a unified portfolio of specialist brands. We’ve significantly deepened our ability to deliver behaviour-based experiential learning at scale.
