Lanpro has secured significant investment from Horizon Capital as part of a strategy to build a leading planning led multi-disciplinary environmental consultancy.
Lanpro specialises in providing outsourced planning, ecology, arboriculture, environmental impact assessment, historic environment, landscape architecture and data & spatial analysis services to over 300 clients nationally.
Lanpro was founded in 2008 by Chris Leeming and Phil Atkinson and has established offices in London, Edinburgh, Cambridge, York, Manchester, Bath and Norwich, providing national coverage. The business has delivered strong organic growth, significantly ahead of market growth rates and built a reputation for quality and proactive advice across all disciplines.
Horizon Capital is taking a majority stake and committing capital to support continued organic growth, and acquisitions to broaden national coverage and complementary services. Alongside Horizon Capital’s investment, additional debt financing support has been provided by HSBC to support the buy and build strategy.
