STRAT7 today announced that Jigsaw Research, an award-winning strategic insight agency, has joined the group.

The acquisition is the third investment by STRAT7 in the past two years, following the purchase of insight consultancy, Incite, in September 2021 and cultural trend specialists, Crowd DNA, in November 2020. STRAT7 now generates over £60 million in revenue and has more than 350 people across the globe. This latest investment strengthens the Group’s tech-enabled, strategic insight services for global enterprise brands to understand, predict and act on change.

Founded in 1998, Jigsaw delivers integrated quantitative and qualitative research services across a range of sectors, including Financial Services, Technology, Media and Telecoms, Life Sciences, Professional Services, Public Sector and Retail. It boasts a global blue-chip client list including American Express, M&S, Lloyds, BBC, ITV, Sage, Vodafone, PwC, Deloitte and Ofcom.

Through its proprietary online research platform, Whycatcher, Jigsaw captures in the moment insights. The platform is the first to fully integrate WhatsApp, an award-winning innovation, giving participants a user friendly and intuitive interface unmatched by competitor platforms.
