Horizon Capital, the technology and business services buy and build investor, is pleased to announce the promotion of Tom Maizels to Partner.
Tom has over 12 years’ experience in investment banking and private equity and was a founder member of the Horizon Capital team in 2018. Since then, he has played a leading role in a number of the firms investments including Sabio the CX Technology provider, Sapphire a provider of Digital Operating platforms to US and UK corporates, TopSource a global EOR and multi-country payroll business and BP3 the IPA and RPA automation services provider.
Horizon Capital recently marked its 100th add on acquisition and has completed a total of 11 platform investments across its two funds to date. The London based investor specialises in buy and build strategies, supporting growing entrepreneurial businesses to rapidly scale and expand both in the UK and internationally.
