January 2021: Juniper Education, has today announced the acquisition of Jane Systems, a specialist education Human Resources (HR) and Payroll software provider, which supplies products to hundreds of multi academy trusts (MATs) and schools in the UK, and is responsible for supporting the accurate processing of over 75,000 payslips per month.
This latest acquisition follows the recent addition of SISRA with its Observe solution, which offers tools to support teacher’s continuing professional development (CPD). The combination of SISRA, Jane Systems and Juniper’s education support services, will for the first time provide schools and MATs with a complete education specific solution for managing and developing their staff.
The move expands Juniper Education’s portfolio of innovative software and services for schools and MATs and increases the number of schools using its solutions to over 10,000.
