Global Employer of Record (EOR) and multi-country payroll (MCP) joins TopSource Worldwide to accelerate group vision
TopSource Worldwide announces today its acquisition of Compandben, one of the first global Employer of Record (EOR) and multi-country payroll (MCP) businesses. This is the third acquisition made by TopSource since being backed by Horizon Capital nine months ago (December 2020).
Compandben has grown over 20 years to be a well-respected leader in supporting the growth ambitions of organisations worldwide. The addition of its capabilities in EOR and MCP services will augment the Group’s offering in these strategic areas. The combined group will employ over 200 people with clients across the globe.
The combination of TopSource Worldwide and Compandben is a significant milestone in the development of the Group’s plan to bring together international payroll and EOR service providers and become the leading global EOR and MCP business.
