Sapphire Systems, a leading enterprise software applications and digital operating platform provider, today announced that it has extended its North American market footprint through the acquisition of Pioneer B1, an Arizona headquartered SAP Business One partner.
Pioneer B1 is a successful and well-established SAP Business One Gold partner. By adding the Pioneer B1 business to its organization, Sapphire is able to strengthen its US market presence and gain a team of highly skilled staff. Sapphire will help Pioneer B1 to significantly grow its operation and support their clients in their digital transformation initiatives.
Backed by Horizon Capital, the deal sees Sapphire achieve scale expanding upon its regional coverage. As part of Sapphire’s buy and build strategy to accelerate growth both organically and through acquisition, the purchase will deliver on the company’s vision to become a leader in the provision of enterprise software applications and digital operating platforms.
